This meal has big drummies and paddles slowly smoked in our smoker, then hand battered and deep fried. Served tossed in your choice of sauce hot, mild, Deak’s, BBQ, Jerk, Chipotle, Roasted Garlic Parmesan, or Honey mustard and includes a side.  Or choose 1 pound of boneless wings.
